How much RP experience do you have?: Three years? I forget. *checks* Yeah, three. I started on twitter when I met
sylar. I made this awful OC when I felt kinda forced into it by another newbie player, but Sy was good and helped me along all the bumps in the road. Now I co-mod an RP comm I founded with captain_flyboy nearly two years ago, and have over 20 active muses in 6 games, plus some extras for SWS funsies and twitter. I’m busy, yo.What are your feelings about shipping?: Adore a nice naturally occurring ship. I’m such a damned realist and anti romantic in my RL (Thank God hubby is the same), and shipping is my guilty pleasure. I love the fluff, I love the fights, I love the domestic family bullshit. open_flame has found guys who can put up with her in her two major verses, captain_flyboy in Bump in the Night and wanker4life in Fractured Rifts. (Yes, I have a thing for TW crossovers, sue me.) Plus, I finally ran into an amazing right_of_doom and my canon OTP has come true. *squees*. Liz has a few guys she likes to flirt with on twitter. She's multi verse there, and it works because Jack's hardly on Twitter and Owen doesn't have one. *pouts*I detest forced ships. I’ve been pushed it them because it’s canon or because the other mun wants it so bad I can’t say no and they never end well. Yeah, I can fake it with words, but if my muses heart’s not in it then the words are not as true as they would be. The ‘perfect’ ships I have, I don’t even have to think to reply to the tags. Liz just talks, and I have no control over it a lot of the time. She has something to say to her mister, she’s gonna say it.
What are your feelings about smut?: I can take it or leave it. Most of my smut happens like it would in real life: behind closed doors (on the chars LJ or Flocked). I’m not so presumptuous to think people want to see my muses fucking, and I find reading other people’s smut to be kinda creepy. I feel like a creeper looking in the bedroom window. Yes, I know they’re fake character but they’re SOMEONE’S muse, and it’s just...weird in a way. I’ll check out a friends smut if they show me, but I won’t seek it out.
Plus Liz’s isn’t that kinda girl so tossing her on a comm like SSWS will only freak her out. I also don't like graphic smut, with cocks and pussies and lube flying all over the place. (Lovely mental image there.) That is the surefire way to make me click off your thread. My style’s more implied, and it works for me and the RP partners I’ve gotten close enough to smut around with.
Also, and this is the best part of the fact this is all fake, you don’t have to play the sex to know it happens. Liz has three kids in a verse and we’ve never played a moment of smut, it’s all behind the scenes and it’s worked perfectly.
Are there things you won't RP?: Smut with strangers, both IC or OOC. I need to trust you to let my muses get down with your muses, sorry. Non Con, because I don’t have a single muse who wouldn’t tear a dude’s balls off if he tried that. Femme Slash. IDK why my chicks are all straight as a board. Probably because so few of them have canon basis for it. Dudes....that’s another matter. No judging.
What are your favorite things to RP?: I think I said this the last time, but I still love exploring the more extreme crossovers. Canon is all well and good, but it’s well...canon. I know what Liz does when HB won’t pick up his socks or when she’s got a dragon trying to burn down a village in South America. I wanna explore what happens when her finds out her childhood best friend turned into a murdering criminal, or she has to deal with Time Travel and the laws of time and paradoxes, or a freaking Disney character trying to feed her vegetables. Most of my favorite RPs happen when my limitations are removed almost completely and I’m allowed to answer the big question. “What would Liz do if...?” Violence isn't an issue, nor is insanity. In fact
righthanddoom tearing things to pieces, Mental Hospital!Liz and Ragged Lady!Molly are some of my favorite things to play. What's something you wished would get RPed more?: See above. So many people are just into superficial conversation, and that’s soooooo boring on a regular basis. Sure fire way to get your tag parked for ‘ hit this later’? Reply to me with some bland one sentence canned reply every damn time. I wish people would get ballsy and adventurous. I love it when someone tossed a villain at me, or jumps on a SWS of mine with “OHSHITWEAREGONNADIERUNRUNRUNRUNRUN!” It’s fun, damn it. If you’re worried I might not be into it, that’s why that PM button is there. Ask, I’ll probably say yes.
Are you plot driven?: Depends on what you mean by plot driven. Do I want progress? Hell yeah. Do I want every little thing planned out behind the scenes before the thread even goes up like some? Hell no. How boring is that? That said, I like to know there’s gonna be an end point. I’ve been in a few open ended plots that lasted a year or more (yes, as in more than 12 months) and just...no.
Slow or fast tagger: Again it depends. Some interactions are reactions to my muses, while others I like to sit and consider a thought out response. I enjoy both. Plus RL plays a huge part in it. Some days or even weeks, I just don’t have time to tag.
Who are your active Fandoms? Hellboy, of course. I was HUGE into Torchwood: Miracle Day this past summer because every time I’d watch an episode I’d go “Pffft, what is this shit?! I can do it better than that!” It died down when the writers slaughtered (literally in one case) my characters.

sylar told me to. No, really. I shit you not. Got a DM or an @ on twitter that said ‘Come play.’ in so many words. Why do I keep RPing? It’s complicated. Some days I RP to avoid my real life. Some days I do it to deal with my real life. ( See, told ya. Complicated.) Some days the muses are bloody well SCREAMING at me. ( Mols does that a lot lately, she won’t let me sleep.)Biggest reason though? My friends are here. It’s silly to a lot of people, especially those who claim the people you meet on the internet aren’t ‘real’ but fuck all that noise. They’re real. I’ve met them. I’ve forged bonds with them. They accept me for who I am, flaws and all and help me to become a better person. I’ve found a home here with them, and that is better than anything any other ‘hobby’ has ever given me.

I was hesitant because I heard less than favorable things about the show, but the books are a whole other animal. I just finished the last episode of the show tonight. *weeps* Now I have no new Dresden to get though.
