AN: Another time Liz leaved the BPRD and Jack goes to find her. I haven't determined when exactly this happens, or what number this is in Liz's thirteen absences from the BPRD that take place before Hellboy I. The crappy diner is based on where I cut my waitressing teeth on the bar shift when I was younger. I still have nightmares about that place. *shudders*
