I give his hand a squeeze as the lift starts up to the mansion above. "Are you kidding?" I laugh softly. "I think by doing that, you've replaced Fox Mulder as the official Hero of the BPRD." I turn and grin at him.
"Just remind me not to ever piss you off." I smile softly and give him a gently kiss when we're out of sight of everyone in the lower level. Enough gossip will be going around there, not need to add to it.
